Are you spiritual but not religious?
Welcome to Unity of Calgary and our Sunday Experience!
Come as you are. Grow in love. Be inspired together.
At Unity of Calgary, we gather as a spiritual community to uplift, inspire, and support one another on our shared journey of growth and awakening.
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM, we come together for a Sunday Morning Experience filled with live music from Anthony Burbidge and the Unity Band, moments of meditation and affirmative prayer, and an inspiring, soul-nourishing message.
We, as a community, believe in making a positive difference in the world. We help people discover and live their spiritual purpose and potential. We provide a philosphy that is spiritual, not religious, and based in love, not fear.
Because we believe everyone has the right to choose their own spiritual path, we welcome everyone—no matter your background, faith, or life story.
If you’re seeking genuine connection, a more heart-centered way of living, and a community that celebrates the Spirit in all people—you’ll feel right at home here!

December 28 - Burning Bowl & Letter to God

This year’s ceremony invites you to lay down any weight you’ve been carrying and step into the new with clarity and grace. We begin by naming what no longer serves us—old stories, habits, fears—and releasing them on flash paper, watching them dissolve in an instant during our Burning Bowl ritual.
Then we turn toward possibility. You’ll be guided to imagine the blessings, breakthroughs, and holy surprises you’re ready to welcome in the coming year. From that inspired space, you’ll write a letter dated January 1, 2027—thanking the Divine for all the goodness that has already unfolded in your life in 2026.
It’s a simple practice, but like all good spiritual housekeeping, it clears the path, opens the heart, and sets the tone for a year of deepened connection and abundant grace.
